justinek2 said... We pre booked before we left Australia as a competitive offer with BookMe A few days before we emailed Lachie from Blue Bikes as I was unsure of weather and possible rain. Lachie was quick to respond and happy to change the day for us. We phoned the night before hiring the bikes and Lachie confirmed he would deliver the bikes to our accomodation. Lachie communicated the following morning that he was running a few minutes late (very professional). The bikes were brand new and we were given helmets and offered backpacks. Lachie went through how to operate and made sure we felt comfortable. We had a great ride out to Huka Falls and then returned our bikes to our accommodation where Lachie came to collect. We would highly recommend Blue Bikes in the Lake Taupo area
