It's very intense and it's giving good sensation For my part it was too scary so I had to stop but the guide Neil and his team have been really reactive and helpful. One of them drop me to the easier part so I didn't have to go through the big rapids and I could still enjoy a bit of the river I though I had the capacity to do that activity but I quick realise I didn't A must to do if you are very confident with water and waves and a good swimmer
