The spa refused to provide the service we had paid for, claiming they hadn't received the booking or the funds. We showed them the email from Book Me as proof of our reservation, but they still wouldn't honor it. The spa mentioned that this has happened in the past. It was incredibly frustrating, especially since the spa is over an hour round trip away from where we live. We’re currently waiting for a refund. I wouldn’t recommend using this service to avoid disappointment.
